A Tremont couple are the proud parents of the first baby born in, 2017, in a Schuylkill County hospital.
According to the Republican Herald, Britany Arbogast and Bryan Zeigler welcomed their daughter into the world at 2:08 a.m. Tuesday.
Mackenzie Elaine Zeigler weighed in at 5 pounds 12.7 ounces and 20 inches long. She was born at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill South.
This is the first child for the couple that met about a year ago.
Mackenzie was born early as her due date was Jan. 12.
