A Daytona Beach, Florida man remains in the Schuylkill County prison in Pottsville after his preliminary hearing before District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua.
40 year old Jason R. Seblin was in court to answer to charges of making terroristic threats and harassment in connection with a Sept. 9 incident on Cherry Street in Tamaqua.
The charges were filed by patrolman Lynn York and were held for criminal session in Schuylkill County court.
Seblin remains jailed in lieu of $25,000 straight cash bail.
