A Norwegian Township man has been charged with attempted homicide.
State Police responded to an incident on Walnut Lane in the Township, Wednesday, and found Donald Wrona in possession of a 30-06 rifle.
Police said Wrona was wearing only underwear and a white robe and appeared to be hallucinating.
According to authorities, during the investigation, it was discovered that Wrona fired a shot from the rifle towards a victim.
He was taken into custody, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Plachko, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $350,000 cash bail on charges of attempted homicide and recklessly endangering.
