On Wednesday, The Schuylkill Haven Area High School received a threat prompting school officials to immediately put the school on lockdown and notify police.
Late in the afternoon school officials notified parents saying the investigation was completed by law enforcement and that authorities were able to determine who made the threat and that it was not credible.
The school was cleared and deemed safe for students.
According to police, the person found to be responsible will be charged to the fullest extent of the law.
