Police have issued a warrant for a man who failed to return to prison after work release. 

Authorities say Jay Courtney Jones, was incarcerated at the Wernersville Community Correctional Facility, Wernersville, Berks County for a felony retail theft. 

Jones signed out of the facility for employment at the Double Tree Hotel and was to return on 10/05/16 at midnight but failed to do so.

 Jones' last known address was in the Chambersburg, PA area.
