A man is facing trespass and assault charges after an incident in Ashland Sunday morning.
According to Skook News, Ashland Police were called to a disturbance, around 9:00am, at a home in the 1100 Block of Pine Street, for a male banging on the door attempting to get into the residence.
Authorities said 40 year old Daniel Leary reportedly broke into the residence and assaulted one of the male residents.
Leary was taken into custody, arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge David Ross and committed to Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $50,000 straight cash bail.
