27 year old Shawn Christy, of McAdoo, is now faces a federal firearms charge. Christy was indicted in Ohio on Nov. 9 with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a fugitive from justice.
According to the Republican Herald, Federal prosecutors charged him with having an AMT pistol and four rounds of ammunition on the day the U.S. Marshals Service and other law enforcement found him in a wooded area in Mifflin Township.
The charges are in addition to threat charges he faces in federal court in Pennsylvania along with local charges related to incidents during his three months on the run from authorities after threatening President Donald Trump.
