An Orwigsburg man is facing drug charges after being found with over $14,000 worth of drugs during a traffic stop.
According to Skook News, State police initiated a traffic stop on 35 year old Paul Chicora in Wayne Township near Pine Grove and determined they had probable cause to search the vehicle.
During the search, police discovered over 25 grams of heroin, with an estimated street value in excess of $14,000.
Also found were quantities of crack cocaine, a small quantity of methamphetamine and a small quantity of marijuana.
In addition, police said they found large quantities of unused drug packaging materials, $1,614 in cash and a loaded .44-magnum revolver.
Chicora was arraigned by on call Magisterial District Judge David Rossi, Tremont, who set bail at $30,000 straight cash and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison.
