Lane restrictions have been scheduled on Route 61 near Pottsville and Palo Alto over the next two weeks.
According to PennDOT, drivers should be aware that there will be changing lane restrictions on Route 61 between Bacon Street and Mauch Chunk Street (Route 209).
The restrictions will be in place on both the North and Southbound lanes between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
The work is related to the $10,568,416 bridge replacement project which began in January 2014 and is expected to be complete by Mid-November.
