A Shenandoah man will be spending time behind bars after admitting on Wednesday in Schuylkill County Court that he robbed a bank in June in Pottsville.
30 year old Timothy M. Mackereth, formerly of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to multiple charges after Pottsville police alleged he robbed the M&T bank at 1 S. Centre St. in the city on June 19.
President Judge William E. Baldwin ruled he must now serve 2 1/2 to six years in a state correctional institution.
