A Lehigh County man has been arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a girl from Schuylkill County.
According to Skook News, State Police at Schuylkill Haven said 53 year old Brian Fisher, of Whitehall Township, is accused a sexually assault an 11 year old girl from Schuylkill County at a home in South Manheim Township between January 1st, 2017 and July 16, 2018.
Fisher was arrested and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier. He was committed to Schuylkill Prison but posted his $50,000 straight cash bail.
A preliminary hearing is set to December 11, 2018 before Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier.
