Attempted Homicide...

Mallory L. Geiger testified Monday, in Schuylkill County Court, the events in March 2018 that left her and three friends injured, allegedly by the former boyfriend of one of them.

According to the Republican Herald, Schuylkill Haven police allege Roy Hogan Jr., of Reading, formerly of Cressona, broke into the house of Brooke C. Ditzler, his ex-girlfriend, at 406 Orchard Ave. in the borough twice in the early morning hours of March 18, 2018.

Hogan is now facing numerous charges including three counts each of attempted homicide and aggravated assault, in the two separate incidents.

The cases are being tried together; the trial, presided over by President Judge William E. Baldwin, is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m. Wednesday, due to today’s projected foul weather.
