Police in Northumberland County along with SPCA officials are asking for help find the owner of a deceased dog found near Mount Carmel.
According to Skook News, the Mount Carmel Police and the Hillside SPCA are investigating an incident where the body of a deceased dog was found stuffed in a red suitcase near the woods in Mount Carmel.
The dog was found Monday and described as a young unaltered male pitbull with a thick black corroded collar, was malnourished, had extreme abuse to the face, and bite wounds all over his body.
