35 year old Kevin L. Moore Jr., of Lansford, is heading to state prison after pleading no contest to charges,Wednesday, in Schuylkill County Court, that he led police on a chase through Mahanoy City that injured four people.
In addition, Moore pleaded guilty in separate cases for two drug deals in 2016 in Tamaqua.
Mahanoy City police charged Moore with fleeing from them, and injuring four people in the resulting crash, on Oct. 4, 2015.
President Judge William E. Baldwin accepted Moore’s plea and sentenced Moore to spend five to 12 years in a state correctional institution.
