Police are investigating an incident where two dogs were abandoned at a home in Valley View.
According to Skook News, Hegins Township Police responded to a citizen complaint for animal abandonment at 1323 W. Maple St., Valley View on February 14th.
Police were assisted by Animal Cruelty Officer Bridget Barder, of the Ruth Steinert SPCA and recovered two dogs from the residence.
The dogs are currently being cared for by the Ruth Steinert SPCA. Police are still investigating the incident.
