Saint Clair police have charged multiple people with retail theft from Wal-Mart.
According to Skook News, 23 year old Brianna May Evans, of Schuylkill Haven, James Kerby, 40 year old Jason Dougherty of Rehresburg and 24 year old Isaiah Osbourne, of Valley View, were all charged in separate incidents that included retail theft after removing items from the Saint Clair Wal-Mart, and attempting to lower the price of merchandise by altering the bar code.
