Senator David G. Argall and Representative Jerry Knowles announced a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will finance repairs to 13 sections of deteriorated highway in Kline Township.
Skook News reports that the numerous improvements to local roadways supported by the grant will address a variety of safety concerns for motorists and pedestrians.
The $211,667 grant was awarded as part of PennDOT’s Transportation Fund grant program. No word yet as to when road work will begin.
