A Lehigh County motorist returned to prison Thursday after a Schuylkill County judge found him guilty of seven charges stemming from a traffic stop in March 2018 in Tamaqua.
According to the Republican Herald, 47 year old Colin F. King, of Allentown, was charged by Tamaqua police with possessing a .40-caliber Glock handgun, drugs and paraphernalia when stopped on Route 309 in the borough on March 23, 2018.
Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin scheduled King’s sentencing for March 25.
