A Northumberland County correctional officer wanted for fleeing the county jail after a search has turned herself in.
Investigators had been searching for Holly Olvany of Sunbury.
Authorities say a K-9 searching for drugs at the Northumberland County jail this week stopped at Olvany's locker and at her vehicle and an unknown substance was found. Before she could be questioned, officers say Olvany sped off in her car nearly hitting a jail official who was chasing her.
Olvany turned herself in on Thursday and was released on unsecured bail. She is currently suspended with pay.
