A Schuylkill County woman was killed and another was injured Sunday morning in New Jersey.

According to Skook News, the New Jersey State Police said the crash occurred around 4:55am Sunday, when 23 year old Aleix Nevadomsky, of Oneida was traveling east on Interstate 78 in Berkley Heights, NJ.
Police say, for unknown reasons, her vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Nevadomsky was seriously injured and taken to Morristown Medical Center.

 A passenger in the vehicle, 24 year old Emily Cooney, of Lost Creek died from her injuries.
