Three people died this week from snow-related causes in Schuylkill County.
According to the Republican Herald, county Coroner Dr. David J. Moylan III said all three died of apparent heart attacks while shoveling snow.
Two of the male victims were from Ringtown. Moylan did not release the names of the men because he was unsure if their next-of-kin had been notified.
The third victim was 83 year old Anna Heffner, from Wayne Township.
All three were found outside and pronounced dead.
Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner Deb Detweiler said the recent deaths are a reminder to check on your neighbors during inclement weather such as a snowstorm.
