24 year old Roy M. Hogan Jr., of Cressona, who police allege broke into a Schuylkill Haven residence twice on Sunday morning, faces more charges for what he reportedly did in the second incident.
Police have now charged Hogan with three counts each of attempted homicide and aggravated assault, four each of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person, two of possessing instrument of crime and one each of burglary, criminal trespass and simple assault.
Those are in addition to the charges police filed in connection with the first incident.
Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier, who will preside over Hogan’s preliminary hearing, said Monday that he has not yet received the documents in the cases and probably will postpone the hearing, which had been scheduled for March 27.
