Governor Tom Wolf announced a plan for voter reform in Pennsylvania, which he says will improve elections.
The "21st Century Voting Reform Plan" would allow voters to use an absentee ballot if it's more convenient for them... and place limits on contributions to candidates and restrictions on political action committees.
The Governor's plan also creates same-day voter registration and automatic voter registration... when residents get a driver's license.
Supporters of the plan say these reforms would drastically increase the number of voters in Pennsylvania’s elections and should receive bipartisan support.
