Schuylkill County Prison Board members voted on Wednesday to fire a corrections officer.
According to the Republican Herald, after an executive session, the board voted to fire CO. Kyle Jones.
Officials said after the meeting that Jones had worked at the county prison for approximately two years.
The firing was reportedly a personnel matter and the warden declined to give further details.
