22 year old Joshua M. Lukach, of New Philadelphia, is headed to state prison, after a Schuylkill County judge sentenced him for murdering Pottsville businessman John Brock in August 2015.
According to the Republican Herald, Pottsville police charged Lukach and 25 year old Shavinskin N. Thomas, of Pottsville, for murdering Brock in the early morning hours of Aug. 6, 2015, while burglarizing his home.
Judge Jacqueline L. Russell sentenced Lukach Wednesday to life in prison, which includes no chance of parole, for second-degree murder.
