A man wanted by Hegins Township police since last year, has been taken into custody.
Authorities say 38 year old Jared Miller was wanted on an active felony drug warrant after avoiding apprehension in February 2016.
He was taken into custody without incident at 57 Horseshoe Road in Upper Mahantongo Township.
Miller was arraigned on the felony drug delivery warrant by on-call Magisterial District Judge Stephen J. Bayer, Tamaqua, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail. He was then arraigned Monday on the felony flight to avoid apprehension warrant.
