The Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Office and local Law Enforcement are once again participating in the National Drug Take Back Day.
This is a one day anonymous event that is free of charge and open to everyone.
Participants may dispose of medication in its' original container, but are encouraged to remove personal information from the prescription labels, or by removing the medication from its container and disposing of it directly into the disposal box.
All expired or unwanted controlled, non-controlled and over the counter medicines are accepted.
The Drug Enforcement Administration's National Prescription Drug "Take-Back Day” will take place on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 from 10:00 am – 2:00pm.
