Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane was back in a courtroom this week fighting the criminal charges against her as the pre-trial conference for the Scranton native got underway at the Montgomery County courthouse in Norristown.
During her appearance, Kane and her attorneys withdrew a request to find out how an FBI recording in her criminal case was leaked to another newspaper.
Kane is charged with leaking secret grand jury information to a reporter.
