New Philadelphia Police arrest two men on drug charges, early Thursday.
According to Skook News, Police charged Edward Rodriguez Jr. and Alex Bulino, both of Pottsville, with multiple felony counts at 1:45am, Thursday morning.
Both were arraigned by on call magisterial district judge David Plachko and committed to county prison on $50,000 straight cash bail.
