The 11th National Prescription Drug "Take-Back Day” will take place this Saturday, April 30, from 10:00 am – 2:00pm, with the Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Office and local Law Enforcement participating.
The program is a one day event that is anonymous, free of charge and open to everyone.
All expired or unwanted controlled, non-controlled and over the counter medicines are accepted. Liquid products should remain sealed in their original plastic container.
The following locations will be collection sites:

- Butler Township Police Dept, 211 Broad St, (Fountain Springs) Ashland
- Cass Township Police Dept, 1209 Valley Road, Duncott
- Frackville police Dept, 42 South Center St, Frackville
- Mahanoy City Police Dept, 239 East Pine St, Mahanoy City
- Minersville Police Dept, 15 North Delaware Ave, Minersville
- Orwigsburg Police Dept, 209 North Warren St, Orwigsburg
- Pine Grove Police Dept, 1 Snyder Drive, Pine Grove
