The Schuylkill Mall in Frackville is up for sheriff sale. Financial issues have plagued the mall for the past several years and many of the stores have closed.
According to the Schuylkill County Sheriff's Sale of Real Estate site, the Schuylkill Mall has been listed for Sheriff's Sale on a Judgment of $27,428,876.10.
The sale of the property is scheduled for June 17, 2016 at 10:00am in Courtroom No. 1 at the Schuylkill County Court House.
