A Shenandoah man is facing charges, involving his intent to sell heroin purchased from the Hazleton area.
33 year old Jarrid Finneran was charged by Detective Jeff Brennan in relation to incidents that occurred Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint, Finneran admitted driving Debra Horvath, of Coal Township, and Jill Haldeman to the Hazleton area to purchase heroin or bath salts that they would later sell to people in the local area.
Horvath said Finneran and Haldeman gave her money to drive them to Hazleton about every other day.
Brennan said Horvath and Haldeman, will be charged with similar drug offenses today.
Finneran was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III and committed to the Northumberland County Prison Division at SCI-Coal Township in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
