Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill is listed for sheriff’s sale.
According to the Republican Herald, Jennifer L. Trapp, vice president of corporate communications for Consulate Health Care said, the sheriff’s sale will have no impact on the employees of our center or the healthcare services they provide to the residents entrusted to the company’s care, which will maintain its commitment to providing quality care without interruption.
The sale relates to a real estate transaction between unrelated companies.
Judge Jacqueline L. Russell issued an order Nov. 13, 2018, for judgment in mortgage foreclosure. The sheriff’s sale will take place on April 12 in Schuylkill County Court.
