Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman has visited 45 counties, in the state, to hear what people have to say about legalizing recreational marijuana.
He shared what he's learned so far with lawmakers on Monday. Fetterman told members of the House and Senate Democratic Policy committees that, from what he's heard on his listening tour, he estimates between 60 and 70 percent of Pennsylvanians support legal marijuana with only two counties having less than 50 percent support.
Bills to legalize marijuana have been introduced in the legislature. However, Fetterman says Gov. Tom Wolf has not taken an official stance on legalizing the recreational drug.
