Police are on the hunt for the person who shot and killed a New Jersey man in Reading early Sunday morning.
Police said witnesses reported hearing several people arguing right before shots were fired in the area of Chestnut Street around 2:30 a.m.
According to city police, 32 year old Gabriel Brooks-Morales died at the scene. He had been staying with a friend in Reading for the past several weeks.

This is the second homicide in Reading and the fourth in Berks County in 2017.
