Schuylkill County residents are invited to an information session on PA 2-1-1, which is a free, confidential, non-emergency information and referral service.
The free session will be will be hosted by the Schuylkill United Way, on Tuesday, April 12th, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Health and Wellness Center on the Penn State Schuylkill campus.
Those interested can RSVP by calling 570-622-6421 before the deadline Thursday.
Call operators from PA 2-1-1 East will be there to answer questions on the system.
The PA 2-1-1 service went into effect in Schuylkill County in October 2015.
