55 year old Ramon Colon, of Hazleton has been charged with Possession with Intent to deliver heroin.
According to Shenandoah Police, an undercover officer arranged the purchase with Colon on April 6th and he was arrested when he arrived to complete the transaction.
Pennsylvania State Police and members of the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force, along with Shenandoah Police recovered a total of 349 bags of heroin and Colon's vehicle was seized.
Colon was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale and committed to Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $250,000.00 cash bail.
