Two people were injured Wednesday morning in crash in West Mahanoy Township, near Shenandoah.
According to Skook News, State Police at Frackville said the crash occurred around 11:00am on Ringtown Boulevard, as 83 year old John Guers, of Shenandoah, attempted to cross Route 924 and traveled into the path of 24 year old Rocco Petrone, of Weatherly, who was driving a Dumpster Hauling Truck.
Both vehicles were reported to have been extremely damaged and both drivers were reported to have suffered minors injuries in the crash.
Authorities say Guers will be cited for the crash.
