Two people were injured Thursday morning in a crash in East Brunswick Township.
According to Skook News, State Police at Frackville said the crash occurred around 5:30am on Summer Valley Road (Route 895) when 50 year old John Culp, of Drums was travelling west behind a tractor trailer.
Culp attempted to pass the tractor trailer in the opposite lane of travel and struck another vehicle head-on driven by 47 year old Robert Shutter, of Reading.
Shutter was reported to have suffered minor injuries in the crash while Culp was reported to have been seriously injured and was flown from the scene.
Authorities say Culp will be cited for the crash.
