The Ashland police department arrested a fugitive who was wanted in Luzerne County.
Authorities said Kylee Elizabeth Wargo and a male, later identified as Daniel Grohowski, were engaged in an argument Thursday, around 1:54am, in the 400 block of Centre Street in the borough.
When police stopped to investigate, Wargo and Grohowski ran in opposite directions. A foot chase ensued and Wargo was apprehended but Grohowski was not.
Wargo told Police that Grohowski was wanted on a warrant by State Parole Agents.
Wargo was committed to Schuylkill County Prison on a bench warrant issued by the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas due to failing to show for a sentencing hearing on March 17, 2017.
