A winning lottery ticket worth $100,000 was sold in Schuylkill County.
According to a Pennsylvania Lottery news release, the ticket for the early bird bonus prize drawing for the Fourth of July Millionaire Raffle was sold at Puff Discount Cigarettes, at 12 N. Main St., Shenandoah.
The winning number was 00065910.
The winning ticket was randomly drawn from 33,179 raffle ticket numbers sold May 9 to May 15.
Gary Miller with the Pennsylvania Lottery said the ticket was not claimed as of Monday.
Only 500,000 tickets are available for the raffle drawing on July 8. Tickets are $20 and are available until 8 p.m. July 8 or they are sold out.
Tickets for that drawing can be scanned at a lottery retailer to determine if it was the winner. However, lottery officials say the ticket should be kept, as it could be a winner in the July 8 drawing as well.
