A Zion Grove man will spend time in prison for a crash that injured two state troopers in Schuylkill County.
30 year old Brad Moyer was found guilty, last month, of aggravated assault but but the jury was deadlocked on two counts of attempted homicide.
An investigation found Moyer was going 91 mph when his vehicle collided with the troopers' SUV, in May of 2015, on Ringtown Road, near Zion Grove.
Moyer testified he did not intend to crash into the state police vehicle but did intend to commit suicide.
He was sentenced Monday to one to 12 months in prison for simple assault.
The D.A. has not decided if the attempted homicide charges will be refilled against Moyer.
