The trial of a Barnesville man charged with drug delivery resulting in death began Monday in Schuylkill County Court.
According to the Republican Herald, the state Attorney General’s Office is prosecuting the case against Kyle Merenda, who allegedly delivered fentanyl to 23 year old Alexandria Sienkiewicz, of Tamaqua, who died April 2, 2016.
The trial will resume at 9 a.m. today at the Schuylkill County Courthouse, before President Judge William E. Baldwin.
