Treasurer Linda L Marchalk announced that the Schuylkill County Treasurer’s Office will begin selling hunting licenses on Monday, June 20, 2016 for the 2016-2017 hunting season.
A price increase of $0.20 per transaction became effective June 1, 2016.
Please note the first day to receive antlerless deer license applications, in the pink regulation envelopes, for the residents of Pennsylvania is Monday, July 11, 2016.
The first day to receive non-resident antlerless deer license applications is Monday, July 18, 2016.
Marchalk said the office has four PALS terminals to better facilitate the process of issuing hunting and antlerless deer licenses and reminds hunters that hunting licenses must be purchased prior to sending in for doe licenses.
