Some animals, including a cat, rabbit and some snakes are still looking for a fur-ever home after more than a dozen animals were rescued from a Front Street home in Pottsville last Friday.
Officials called it a hoarding situation and say the home reeked of squalor.
In addition to birds, snakes were also taken from the home.
Pottsville code enforcement condemned the home and according to authorities, the group of people living in the house has been evicted.
While the case remains under investigation, anyone wishing to adopt any of the animals can call the Hillside SPCA.
