44 year old Robert G. Leonard III, of Lancaster, was charged Tuesday with stabbing a woman in the neck earlier this year, in Hegins Township, resulting in injuries that ultimately caused her death.
According to the Republican Herald, the charges stem from an incident at Rausch Creek Trail Riders between Jan. 6 and 7th where Leonard strangled & stabbed 53 year old Terri Lynn Gee, of Ephrata, who died at a trauma center on Jan. 9.
Leonard was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi, Tremont, and returned to State Correctional Institute/Frackville where he is being held on a detainer for a state parole violation.
