State police at Schuylkill Haven arrested two people, Monday, for the attempted murder of 22 year old Devin Andresen.
In a public information release report, police said 30 year old Devine T. Marks, of Pottsville, and 28 year old Robert Nicholas Spann, were charged in the incident that occurred in North Manheim Township on June 22.
A motorist traveling on Berry Road spotted Andresen lying on the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown, for treatment and was in critical condition.
The investigating trooper, Thomas Robin, said in the release that Spann and Marks were to be arraigned either late Monday night or early this morning.
