Port Carbon police have obtained an arrest warrant for a Minersville man, charging him with making threats.
The Republican Herald reports that the incident occurred Tuesday, just after 1pm at the office of Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko, when30 year old Jonathan Falu yelled obscenities and caused a disturbance, then got into a vehicle and fled at a high rate of speed.
Police Chief Joseph Ferraro charged Falu, with felony intimidation of a witness among other counts.
