Travis K. Christman, who had been charged with sexually assaulting a woman in 2017, in Tamaqua, was acquitted, in Schuylkill County Court.
A jury acquitted him of all charges Monday, stemming from the alleged incident.
Tamaqua police had originally charged Christman with assaulting the woman in the early morning hours of Jan. 22, 2017, outside her East Broad Street residence.
