48 year old David R. Moran, of Brandonville, who is charged with raping a 29 year old woman in East Union Township on May 20 had charges against him held for court during a preliminary hearing Thursday.
Following the hearing, Moran was returned to Schuylkill County Prison where he is being held in lieu of $100,000 straight cash bail set by Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker, Shenandoah, at the time of his arrest in June.
